Looking to further their campaign, Love Food Hate Waste commissioned a number of short videos to pair with their campaign and website.

I produced the initial concept and storyboard, and on winning the brief my task was then to create a set of videos following a variety of people and families.

To determine the suitability of the contributors I conducted a number of pre-shoot telephone interviews with a selection of questions and topics designed to both prepare the contributor, and prepare us for the shoot. These interviews went on to inform and help me shape the style and content of each video.

Shot in an informal, documentary style the videos featured a wide range of people from across Britain at cooking events and around their home and neighborhood, discussing LFHW tips they’d learned, and their own approach to food, their family, cooking, money and the environment.
